Canine MASTERS
The Canine Masters program allows kids ages 13 to 15 to work with shelter dogs in each class. Students learn about animal behavior and advanced training techniques using positive reinforcement. Students train adoptable dogs for various activities, such as rally obedience, agility trials, and nose work.
Students will feel accomplished by enriching a shelter animal’s life through targeted training and human-animal bonding. Children will be able to utilize the skills they develop with any animal they work with in the future.
