Join the Naperville Area Humane Society in Animals & Us Summer Camp! Summer Camp gives children the opportunity to learn about animal sheltering, behavior and more! In addition to interacting with animals at the shelter, summer camp provides field trips or guest speakers that focus on all types of animals, including farm animals and wildlife. Our unique program is offered in weekly sessions by age.
Art with the Animals Mini-Camp (ages 4-5)
Art with the Animals is a 3-day mini-camp that incorporates animal themed art projects and lessons about pet care & safety. · $115 per camper

Friends for Life Day Camp (ages 6-8)
Friends for Life has special guests visit from The Naperville Area Humane Society and other local animal organizations to make each day a new adventure! · $175 per camper

Animal Neighbors Day Camp (ages 9-11)
Animal Neighbors allows campers to meet and learn about all kinds of animals with the help of our many special guests! · $175 per camper

Jumping for Joy (ages 11-13)
Jumping for Joy gives campers the chance to work with our dogs on the agility courses and learn training techniques from guest speakers. · $175 per camper

K9 Manners Day Camp (ages 12-14)
K9 Manners allows campers to work with the shelter dogs each day and learn positive reinforcement training techniques. Students will prepare dogs for the requirements of the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification and learn about different types of training from guest speakers. · $175 per camper

NEW! - Veterinary Careers Camp (ages 12-15)
Our Veterinary Careers Camp allows young teens to explore what a future career in veterinary medicine will be like through lessons, shadowing and hands-on activities. Students will gain knowledge on animal reproduction, diseases, nutrition, genetics, applying to vet school and practical skills. · $205 per camper
